1Is the delivery price included?
No, we charge a minimal mileage fee.
2Do tables and chairs come with the tent rental?
No, they are rented separtely, but no extra delivery charge if you are renting a tent.
3Can you set up on weekends?
Yes, we can but there is an after-hours fee. Otherwise, if your event is on a weekend. We set up a weekday of your choosing and tear down a weekday after your event.
4Can you set up against a garage or building?
Simple answer is NO, or please contact a customer service representative to see what solutions we can come up with based on your situation.
5Can you set up a tent over a concrete pad?
Depends on the dimensions and if all sides of stakes can clear the pad.
Otherwise, we can use an anchor system (which requires holes being drilled) with additional charge. Or we can use weights at an additional charge.
6Do you set up tables and chairs?
Yes, ask about our White Glove Delivery for tables and chairs. There is an additional fee. The base rental fee per chair/table doe not include set up.
7Does my tent rental come with sidewalls?
Sidewalls are available but are an additional charge.
8What is your time line for setting up a reservation?
We prefer 60 days but do not require it. If less than 2 weeks notice there is no guarantee items will be available, but we will do what we can.
