Rental Terms and Conditions

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of reservation with the balance due two weeks prior to rental items going out.
  • Overtime charges will be assessed on all items not returned on the date specified on the rental contract as date due in.
  • Monthly rates are available, when made in advance of items going out
  • Please do not launder items
  • Linens must be returned free of food, glitter, wax, and all foreign materials within reason
  • Linens returned damaged will be sold to the customer for replacement cost
  • Delivery/Pick-up is available at an additional cost, fee is based upon destination
  • Delivery/Pick-up is for 'curbside', ground floor only.  Additional costs for delivery in excess of 100' from vehicle
  • All prices are based upon an event rental of up to 7 days
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
